STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

ORIZZONTE Thermo sliding glazing — A sliding glazing system with a bottom-supported structure, suitable for any type of openings, designed for a 22 mm double glazing unit

The feature of the system is that all the panels are interconnected, allowing the entire system to be easily closed by pushing the first panel, thanks to the high-strength rollers

• The system consists of a frame profile
• Sashes with appropriate accessories
• It includes condensation drainage
• Hardware from Roto, Germany
• Seals between the sashes

High-strength rollers protect the profile from wear and paint peeling thanks to the lower guide with steel rail inserts

• Maximum width of one sash: 1 000 mm
• Maximum height of one sash: 3 000 mm
• Aluminum thickness: 3.5 mm - 4.5 mm

The ORIZZONTE THERMO system features 8 felt sealing contours (between sashes, between sashes and frame, and between the lower sash and the load-bearing profiles)

• Reinforced rollers ensure smooth sliding of the sashes. Each roller can withstand a load of up to 120 kg, allowing for sashes up to 1300 mm wide.
• High-strength rollers protect the profile from wear and paint peeling due to the lower guide with steel rail inserts
